Explain a typical day in your job.
I wear so many hats at Tom's. No two days are quite the same. If I am not leading and facilitating the work of our dynamic Grassroots Sales organization then you might find me working directly with several of our cross-functional teams on many project fronts. Or you may hear from me traveling across the country meeting with our important customers and developing relationships directly with them.
What attracted you to Tom's of Maine?
More than 20 years ago and still to this day, the lure of being an integral part of a growing enterprise is what motivated me most. At Tom's of Maine I have the opportunity to make positive contributions to the business in so many ways. In the ever-evolving and growing world of natural products, there are always new challenges and opportunities for making a difference in your work life. At the end of the day I am most appreciative of:

What is one word you'd use to describe Tom's?
Fluid. Tom's of Maine is constantly in motion and discovering new innovative ways to satisfy our consumers' thirst for natural products.

Tom's of Maine Peppermint Whole Care™ toothpaste. I really enjoy the taste and how it makes my mouth feel fresh and clean.
