A typical day would include: checking orders for the day, following up on emails, clearing deductions, filling out promotional paperwork, preparing presentations, and planning for my next sales call.
What attracted you to Tom's of Maine?
I came to Tom's of Maine in 1987, attracted by natural products and that Tom's was a young and progressive company. I was interviewed and hired by Kate Chappell and she hired me at the interview. Kate has a unique way of making everyone around her feel comfortable and appreciated.
What is one word you'd use to describe Tom's?
Assiduous.
What's your favorite Tom's product and why?
This is a tough one! If I had to pick one I would say Calendula Moisturizing Bar Soap. You can feel the quality in the lather, it smells clean and doesn’t leave your skin feeling dry. You can actually use it to wash your face.
