Talk to the oral care scientists about how certain formulations are progressing, read market briefings about natural products and ingredients in oral care, track progress of certain Tom’s of Maine oral care products in the market, write concepts for new products to meet consumer needs, eat lunch with the "soup group," read reports about what consumers are looking for in oral care, take my dog for a quick walk, meet with the category development team about any number of all the exciting projects we are juggling, laugh a lot!
What attracted you to Tom's of Maine?
It builds successful products without compromising its commitment to the environment, its employees, or product efficacy. The fact that it harnesses nature to make effective products. That it encourages every employee to be his or herself. Employee commitment to quality and kindness to each other is paramount.

What's your favorite Tom's product and why?
Fennel Propolis & Myrrh Toothpaste. I was skeptical at first I don’t usually eat the black jellybeans, but the unique fresh flavor and great creamy mouthfeel of this toothpaste can’t be beat!
