Kathryn Budig is one of the most widely recognized faces in yoga. Known for her creative sequences, she teaches yoga in a way that encourages taking chances, opening up and finding laughter. Kathryn taught at the prestigious Yogaworks in Santa Monica and currently leads workshops and retreats around the world and online at Yogaglo.com. In 2007, Kathryn co-founded “Poses for Paws,” an organization that repays the love that animals bring into our lives. Kathryn shares her zest for life, yoga and food in her contributor writings for the Huffington Post, Yoga Journal, Yahoo! Shine and MindBodyGreen.com.
Gretchen Rubin has sold more than one million books nationwide, including the blockbuster New York Times bestsellers, Happier at Home and The Happiness Project. On her popular blog, gretchenrubin.com, she reports on her daily adventures in pursuit of habits and happiness. She lives in New York City with her husband and two daughters.
Lisa Dietlin is a philanthropy expert and CEO of Lisa M. Dietlin and Associates, a consulting firm that assists nonprofit organizations, entrepreneurial individuals, nonprofit organizations and corporations in developing transformational strategies. Lisa has authored four books, and is a regular contributor to the Huffington Post via her blog “Making a Difference: The World of Giving.” Active in the development arena since 1982, Dietlin has been quoted in many national publications.
