This year, we're asking for some input on which clinics to fund. We have six potential clinics and would love to know which you think we should support. We'd also like you to suggest clinics to consider in 2010—if you know of a deserving clinic in your community, please give us their contact information and we'll follow up!

The clinic information is below; click here to choose one of these clinics and suggest new ones for next year.

Additionally, within clinics over 10,000 children were treated (approximately 33,000 visits). In the past two years, the number of patients referred to the CDHC for treatment has increased 100%.
