Was so disappointed with this. Tom's, you really need to do some work on the deodorant aspect of this product, I gave it a full 3 weeks, and everyday I could smell myself before noon.

Incredibly disapointed to get home and discover the amount of aluminum in this! and it says "natural" allover the label -Naughty Tom's - and they list the ingredients in two places so I had trouble finding out. Am returning it tomorrow.

Like other people here, very disappointed when after having bought it I realized it has Aluminium which I try to avoid, so for a company who claims to use natural ingredients, this is really not the way to go.

I was happy to see this is aloe free, which I'm allergic too, I use crystal which does not keep me dry so I was happy to try this. the biggest problem I have with it is it leaves a residue & even scrubbing does not get it off.

Actually, this "anti-perspirant" is good for perspiring, but does not keep the smell away AT ALL! After 1 hour, I smell my pitts, like I have never smelt them before. You really need to work on this product AND it has aluminum?! Bad call, Tom's.

I saw the powder scented one at Target (got it for under $4) and immediately loved the smell and the majority of natural ingredients. I find that some days I have to reapply but I really don't mind. It does a good job at wetness protection as well.

Used Tom’s of Maine deodorant products for years -needed one that is aluminum free. Saw this new one and thought I would try it. Just because it is Tom's does not mean do not read the label. All Tom's products are not created equal. I was thinking that all of Tom's deodorants were aluminum free. NOT! This one read introducing new Naturally Dry - the first antiperspirant stick made entirely from ingredients derived from nature. Did not read the back where it showed active ingredients. Aluminum maybe natural but it does not agree with me. Itching and scratching right now. Thought I would need trip to urgent care or the emergency room. This product definitely goes in the trash for me. If I could have given it a minus star I would have.

This works. Has 21% Aluminum Chloride! You can skip a day with this. Plus, it has all the odor-eating hops and other ingredients that work in their traditional deodorants. Most antiperspirants use 1%, and Drysol, which is prescription, uses 20%.

Shoulda read the label before buying. The reason I use Tom's is to avoid aluminum, which I believe is unfriendly to elderly brains. Asked husband to buy me a different one (mistake #2) & he came home with Tom's for men! Works OK but I smell manly! Bought one again, myself this time, got it right but the twisty thing doesn't work to raise it, so another wasted product. Is Tom's quality changing, or am I just unlucky?

Awesome stuff! I had wanted to use a natural deo but then realized they did not prevent me from sweating which is what i really wanted too. I had never seen a natural ap before so I bought this as soon as I could. I like the light fragrance, and the underarms of my shirts don't get all wet. Only downside is it isn't exactly clear, so if I wore a tanktop you might see it. I would also love if it came in more smells, especially lavender!

Thrilled to FINALLY have a deodorant, with antiperspirant (and it actually works), that is without animal products or animal testing!!! I sweat insanely at work. This kept me stink free! Stoked! Thank you, Tom's!!!

I am real ahppy with this product. Yea, it has aluminium in it and I wish it didn't. It's a little thick, hard to use and you have to put a little effort in to applying it, but after that it seems to work fantastically. I've tried Tom's Aluminium-Free deorderants, which worked for a few hours at best. I suspect you'll either love it or hate it. I would recommend this.

I LOVE Tom's but this product if awful, it feels like having beeswax on my armpits, it takes days of scrubbing to remove it. Didnt like it at all.

If I could rate it a zero, I would. Hard stick that pulls at your underarm skin. And they pulled a bait and switch by putting aluminum in it. Tom's, you do realize that most consumers buy your expensive product to avoid that, right???? Lousy.

I read the label thoroughly in the store & bought since I was looking at conventional products cuz the long lasting deo works about 8 hours for me if at all. This lasts all day and longer + no wetness. We choose to use it thoughtfully. Thank you!

I bought this new antiperspirant because I thought that if it was made by Tom's that it wouldn't have aluminum in it. I was surprised to see it listed on the ingredients after I got it home. Big disappointment and a big miss for Tom's.

I live in Arizona so it is a must to have anti-perspirant here in the summer. With being vegan it gets difficult. So, when this came out I bought it as soon as I could. I have to put it on twice a day but it's a lot better than pit rings.

I just bought this product to see how it kept me "dry". I do have one big issue, i have a strange texture on my skin from the material/chemicals in this product. Other than that its an "ok" product. I will probably go back to other product because i still <3 TOms.

People are so ignorant! Aluminum IS natural - look at a periodic table. Its SAFETY is debatable. But there is NO antiperspirant without aluminum. Doesnt exist. You only have yourself to blame for your ignorance. This product works, plain and simple.

Probably should give this a 2.5. Bought it to take on a trip to avoid the "liquids" restriction on the airline. This product gets a 5 as an anti-perspirant, but a 2 minus for deodorant AND it was difficult to wash off. Would not buy again.

The reason people are upset with aluminum being int he product is because it wasn't always in it. Reading the package EVERY time you buy the same thing isn't something anyone providing the 'read the label-it's your own fault' actually does.

I tried the Mountain Fresh deodorant, but it sweat off/smelled within hours and gave me an itchy red rash. Apparently, I'm sensitive to zinc. Aluminum makes this natural vegan-friendly product work for me - if not for you, try a Tom's deodorant.

This is the best deodorant created thus far by Tom's. It keeps me fresh and dry all day long without a second or third wash and re-application. Now this formula is truly comparable to other name brand deodorants.

I began using this product a couple weeks ago and am sorry to say it doesn't work as advertised. Dryness protection lasts barely 12 hours (not 24), odor protection much less. Rather than throw it away, I'm reserving it for use at home, where I can refresh it as needed; when I go out I rely on a well-known brand of roll-on that has served me well for many years.

1. Aluminum (Al) is a naturally occurring element (third-most abundant on Earth's crust). 2. Antiperspirant UNLIKE REGULAR DEODORANT contains Al to combat sweat. 3. Anything and everything can be hazardous to one's health--TOXICITY IS DOSE-DEPENDENT.

THANK YOU TOM'S! Thank you for providing an antiperspirant with no masking fragrance. The other reviewers need to read the packaging before they purchase. Tom's is not trying to fool you--they are providing a product for those of us who are sick of trying to buy an "unscented" antiperspirant that actually has a masking fragrance added to it. Some of us want an actual antiperspirant, not just a deodorant. Thank you for providing us with an antiperspirant with NO MASKING FRAGRANCE. It does have a smell--from the natural ingredients. It is not offensive, and is not noticible once applied. This product keeps me dry.

Why does the aluminum need to be removed? Every natural deodorant I have seen does not contain aluminum, so those people already have options. Finally people with profuse sweating who must use aluminum have a more natural option. Need more scents!

I was intending to write to tell you how extremely bad this 'new' product is, and I see you've given me a place to vent, so here goes... I'd like my money back. This is so dry it's like applying a bar of dry soap under your arm. Very uncomfortable. I have used your deodorant exclusively for years, but NO MORE, unless I can get the previous formulation that worked fine (previous = serial 117UST111). The new version is so dry there were voids in the top of the product when I removed the cap. (batch 12491 - exp 9/06/13). MONEY BACK PLEASE, or coupons for several of the old formulation, and you should remove this from the shelves. Bob

Wow. I was duped by the packaging. I switched my deoderant to Tom's because it was natural. No aluminum. I love the lavender, but found myself MORE wet than when using my old "bad" products. Then I found this on the shelf. I was practically jumping for joy in the aisle because I thought Tom's was the first to make an antiperspirant without aluminum...I didn't read the fine print. Very disapointed in Tom's....I thought they were above clever labeling to mislead consumers. Shame, shame.
