The mouthwash leaves your mouth tasting and smelling worse than it was before use. Leaves a metallic taste and has seemingly no effect on breath freshness.

Bring back the old formula that really worked better than any other brand I have tried. The new product is no longer unique and something I can say is really different. No longer a customer.

Tom's used to have such good products. No longer a fan. Their mouthwash is now terrible.

What happened to the mouthwash that listed peppermint as an ingredient? The front label says Peppermint Wave but the only ingredient listed on the back is "Natural Flavors". I don't trust "Peppermint Wave" contains real peppermint so I stopped buying Tom's toothpaste. All the good old ingredients are Gone with the Wind...and that's a shame!

Don't buy leaves mouth and lips dry and hard to swallow at times. Lips burn all the time as well as if they been chapped for a While and a numbing feeling. !!BUYER BEWARE!!

This is good tasting and makes teeth feel good. I do not think it has any alcohol because it does not burn your mouth at all. I love Tom and will buy this again.

Have you lost touch with your loyal customer base? ToM is not a brand for the average, if it were, you'd compete with Procter & Gamble on price, which you can't. The new mouth washes you offer now taste cheap, common and disgusting!

Peppermint Wave is awesome! I tried an early version of Tom's mouthwash (year's ago); I wasn't impressed. Peppermint Wave is pleasant improvement. Definitely a buy of mine from now on.

This is my first mouthwash from TOM'S and I am impressed. The freshness doesn't last more than a half hour though & it has no cavity protection. It tastes the same as the wicked fresh toothpaste :)

My family and I have been a long-time users of Tom's of Maine products (since the early 90's) and this is by far the biggest disappointment yet. The flavor was just "ugh" and didn't taste like any kind of mint / spearmint / cool mountain mint (whatever that is) at all - and left my gums & all of the inside of my mouth completely dry. Yeah it's great there is no burn but there's no really great taste, either :( Sorry I wasted my money on it.

Between donating to right-wing causes and changing the toothpaste/mouthwash flavor formulas... Colgate is really messing up the Tom's branding. Why would a San Francisco yuppy-hippy want to support this stuff? Us hippies are switching to Burt's Bees

Love the product; I have sensitive teeth and gums and I like the natural ingredients in Tom's. The flavor is good and not over-powering like some mouthwashes. My ONLY complaint, and this is going to sound silly, is that the cap is really difficult to get off! Maybe I got a faulty bottle, but it's so frustrating, I may not buy another bottle to find out. :(

The new version is like most mouthwashes and far inferior to the older version of this product which contained aloe vera and witch hazel.

My first judgment of Wicked Fresh Peppermint is that my mouth has a weird texture, like my cheeks and lips are sticking to my teeth. The taste is also sickening sweet. An hour after using this mouthwash, I have a terrible taste in my mouth.

Perfect mouthwash for someone having 12 crowns for 8 years and suffering from very bad breath like me. Ive picked the Tom's of maine from Target and just tried it. And Wow! It's so clean,fresh,gentle on mouth tissues and hard on plaques..Amazing !!!

I found this mouthwash in a quest for finding one that didn't nearly paralyze me in pain when using it. I have issues with canker sores in my mouth and this is the only mouthwash that I can use while still having live canker sores. Sometimes they are so bad that I can't brush properly but I can always rinse with this instead. I love this product!

I started using Tom's of Maine deodorant first and while on my usual trip to pick up hygiene products I saw this; Loving my deodorant I decided to pick this up. Used it and WOW! Subtle taste without drying out my mouth.

I picked this off the shelf at a local store. I read that there wasn't any alcohol in it, which I've read can actually CAUSE bad breath. I'm a big fan of anything mint flavored, so this was a refreshing addition to my oral hygiene routine. :D

this new stuff is terrible. Why did you ever change your mouthwash formulas? This leaves a terrible slick sickeningly sweet (artificial) flavor on the tongue. i'm begging you to please bring back your original formula mouthwashes + fennel flavor. i'd hate to have to give up using Tom's. Been with you for over 25 years.

I absolutely LOVE this product! I have fresh breath without an awkward after-taste. And I love the fact that it feels refreshing versus the burning that I get with other products.

When I lived & taught in the Buckeye State,I would always stock up on my "TOM'S of MAINE" when I was DOWNEAST>> Now I FINALLY live here!! JIM TOM'S is the best. It also accompanied me on my Church missiones a Mexico as a translator! GRACIAS!! Ten un buen dia, eh?

I am a big fan of Tom's orange-mango toothpaste. I would really like to use a mouthwash without alcohol. Tom's once made a great citrus mouthwash. Could you please offer your citrus mouthwash again, for those of us who do not like mint!

I was a huge fan of the old Tom's mouthwash; they had no sweetener or alcohol and had quality natural ingredients. This has a sickly sweet taste, sorbitol, and none of the key natural ingredients. Nasty Colgate junk!

I love this mouthwash, now i am in the dental field and it is really hard to find a good natural products for myself and for my patients. Now this one doesnt offer oral care benifits like the others offered by Toms, but i use that kind at night and this in the morning! I LOVE IT!
