We made our mark by making great, more natural versions of products you use everyday, like toothpaste and deodorant. But what is most important to us? We are real people who care, working to make positive change by doing good. This has been our focus for over 50 years. We’re gearing up for the next 50 by challenging ourselves to help solve some of the world’s biggest social and environmental problems. Taking more, real actions, to make an impact on the future. We call this “doing good, for real” and you’ll see our focus in our products, our policies, and our partnerships.
You’re going to love our products. We’ve got more than 50 years experience combining scientific know-how, naturally derived ingredients, and a bit of ingenuity to make products that are good for you and the planet. We are so confident that you’ll like our products that we back them all with a satisfaction guarantee.
You want standards to make the right choices for yourself and your family. And we’ve got standards. Our rigorous Stewardship Model sets the bar high in selecting ingredients that are natural, sustainable and responsible. And we share detailed information about every ingredient.
Our Partnerships for the Planet
As a Certified B Corporation, we are the future of good business. This certification holds us to the highest social and environmental standards, and we are always looking for ways to promote human and environmental health. Our goals are ambitious: reducing our greenhouse gas emissions, conserving water, sending less waste to landfill, and improving the sustainability of our packaging. We were proud to launch the first-of-its-kind recyclable toothpaste tube. And we partner with others - like TerraCycle - to push for the biggest environmental impacts we can.
Our Partnerships for People
Local communities are the grassroots powerhouse behind meaningful change. And we are right there with them. We donate 10% of our profits each year to nonprofits promoting health, education, and the environment. And our employees are encouraged to use 5% of their paid time volunteering in their community. Good is being done! You can read some of the stories from communities across the U.S. here.
The world’s problems might be pretty big, but we are awed by the power of people when they come together. You inspire us. So let us know what you think! We are on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, or you can find other ways to contact us here.
