At Tom’s of Maine® we use social media as an opportunity to truly engage with the Tom’s of Maine® community. We hope our social media pages will be a place where real people can come and discuss not only Tom’s of Maine® and our products, but also how they personally make natural products and ingredients a part of their life, and the ways they are working to make the world a better place. We are so glad you have come to participate, but want to make you aware of a few guidelines we have to keep the conservations productive and positive. We are committed to following these guidelines as well as those imposed by the owners of the specific platforms where we operate.
What You Can Expect From Us
We are a small team, but strive to respond to all questions and concerns about our products and company. We are most active Monday – Friday from 8:00 – 5:00 ET, and this is definitely the best time to contact us if you would like an expedient response. But we do occasionally monitor our pages in the off-hours as well – just note that a response may take a little longer when it is posted outside of our business hours.
We will always be up front so you know who you are talking to. Posts that are made by Tom’s of Maine® employees will either be made under the official company profile or identified with "Tom’s" at the end of the post. Posts from Partner Organizations with be identified with "Tom’s Partner".

We love sharing information on our company and products, and truly appreciate when people engage us and other members of the community in conversation. In these cases, we will give credit where credit is due and when possible cite the source and link to the content. We will also always respect copyright laws, and maintain our Code of Conduct at all times.
